Purchasing a Watch

All our watches are meticulously inspected and prepared by our highly trained industry experts. Each timepiece is closely inspected inside and out, under high magnification, by our experts, who are trained to spot any indication that a watch might be fake, and when the information is available, we will also cross-reference our watches against official brand records.

Every watch we sell is under its manufacturer’s warranty specified at the time of purchase. If your watch develops a fault and is still covered by warranty, you can return it to us to be diagnosed by emailing us at customer.services@trendytickers.co.uk for further info.

If the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge.  Please note your time piece will be sent directly to the manufacturer for diagnoses & repair. A manufacturer report will be provided in 14+ working days.

Most watches at Trendy Tickers LTD cannot have VAT reclaimed, however there are a few that can. Please ask your sales advisor before purchase for further information.

 

Buying a watch online couldn’t be any easier than this. With 7 days to change your mind, you can be sure you’ll love your next watch but if you don’t, you can send it straight back for a full refund.

All items need to be returned directly to us within 7 days of you receiving them. When sending returns via the postal service, it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all goods have sufficient insurance to cover them in the event of any misfortunes.

When returning items to us at Trendy Tickers LTD, the item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by the despatch note or receipt.

All return payments are made via bank transfers. Payment is made on the day we receive the items back into our possession subject to our authenticity checks. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the funds to clear dependant of your supplying banks process.

We do not offer cash for returns, in accordance with money laundering laws.

You can use your current watch to exchange or upgrade to another timepiece quickly, simply and in one transaction. Part exchanging with Trendy Tickers removes the uncertainty between selling and buying altogether, making your purchase smooth and hassle free.

Watches in short supply can often command a higher value both to buy and sell. Market demand requires us to offer a higher price to acquire these watches, and as such the sales price can exceed the RRP.

Due to the nature of pre-owned watches, strap and bracelet sizes can vary; however, we endeavour to provide watches with an adequate strap and bracelet length to fit the average wrist size. Upon purchase of your watch, we will request your wrist size to determine if your watch will be a comfortable fit. Additional links can be purchased if necessary.

If you have a certain watch in mind that we do not currently have in stock, we can source the watch for you within 48 hours GUARENTEED*. We take a simple holding deposit after agreeing a product, a price range and terms. Full payment is due prior to dispatch in line with our normal purchasing terms.

*If we don’t source your watch within 48 hours, we will reduce your timepiece agreed price range by £100 per day that we have not delivered on our promise (upto 5 days) £500 or we can offer you a full refund no strings attached.

If your purchasing within the EU please note that even though the EU trade agreement has preserved an import duty-free system for many new goods, the changing rules of BREXIT mean that pre-owned watches sold into the EU are liable for local VAT charges to you the buyer and are your full responsibility under deliver duties unpaid. To prevent this from affecting you, we ensured to contact you prior to dispatch to discuss your options. In some cases this may include the watch being available in your location & additional Import VAT & Customs maybe be avoided.
