Our delivery service is chargeable at a flat paid rate per item* (payment collected separately); this rate includes always full insurance purchased on your behalf with a third party insurance provider Secursus; the terms of the insurance will be sent to you in a separate email after placing your order. Your goods are dispatched with a registered & recognised courier service, who will require identification & a signature at your address upon receipt of the delivery. We require you in line with our terms of service to inspect & open the parcel before signing to insure satisfaction of receiving goods. If you are not at your place of delivery when the courier arrives, a card will be left for you to make alternative arrangements for a time that suits you.
For security reasons we only dispatch goods to an address that is registered & verified with your bank and pass our strict security & fraud checks. We aim to personally contact all customers to confirm delivery details prior to dispatch. If any reason prevents your order not be shipped, we will be in contact you directly.

We’re more than confident that you’ll absolutely love your purchase at Trendy Tickers LTD, but we also understand the importance of peace of mind when purchasing an item you haven’t physically seen All online purchases that gave arrived by courier need to be returned directly to us within 14 days of you receiving them. (only applicable when purchased via the website), entitling you to a full refund or exchange if the item has not been worn/damaged & in its original condition. When sending returns via the postal service, it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all goods have sufficient insurance to cover them in the event of any misfortunes.

When returning items to us at Trendy Tickers LTD, the item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by the despatch note or receipt.
All return payments are made via bank transfers. Payment is made on the day we receive the items back into our possession after security & authenticity checks.
We do not offer cash for returns, in accordance with money laundering laws.
