Our delivery service is chargeable at a flat paid rate per item*; this rate includes always full insurance with our partners; is dispatched with a registered & recognised courier service, who will require identification & a signature at your address upon receipt of the delivery. If you are not at your place of delivery when the courier arrives, a card will be left for you to make alternative arrangements for a time that suits you.

For security reasons we only dispatch goods to an address that is registered & verified with your bank and pass our strict security & fraud checks. We aim to personally contact all customers to confirm delivery details prior to dispatch. If any reason prevents your order not be shipped, we will be in contact you directly.

Please note we may request further personal information from you prior to dispatch. This is not limited to in date photo identification(s) & proof of address dated within the last 3 months. Failure to comply with our TERMS OF SERVICE (Embed Terms LINK) Agreed At Your Time Of Purchase Could Result In Your Order Being Cancelled, Your money being refunded to you minus a 3% administration fee of your order value.

Buying a watch online couldn’t be any easier than this. With 7 days to change your mind, you can be sure you’ll love your next watch but if you don’t, you can send it straight back for a full refund.

All items need to be returned directly to us within 7 days of you receiving them. When sending returns via the postal service, it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all goods have sufficient insurance to cover them in the event of any misfortunes.

When returning items to us at Trendy Tickers LTD, the item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by the despatch note or receipt.

All return payments are made via bank transfers. Payment is made on the day we receive the items back into our possession subject to our authenticity checks. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the funds to clear dependant of your supplying banks process.

We do not offer cash for returns, in accordance with money laundering laws.

We acceptable all major debit & credit cards excluding American Express. We accept pounds sterling across all forms of payment; we do offer payment via Euros via Bank Transfer Only (please contact us for further details). Payment via Bitcoin is available on request & subject to security.

We accept cash payments up to £5,000 subject to security checks. Anything Over this amount in line with Money Laundering Laws we will require proof of earnings to be means tested & confirmed.

Unlike other Watch Dealers or Jewellers we do not charge you for Insurance Valuations at the time of purchase or EVER! With every purchase we send you’re a physical valuation & email you a digital version. This valuation can be updated at anytime on your request again at no cost to you.

In the event of a claim due to any unforeseen circumstance contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will advise & support you through the process in line with DPA laws.

Selling or part exchanging your watch with Trendy Tickers LTD couldn’t be easier. Once you have submitted an initial enquiry telling us the make and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate within 48 hours. We’ll then collect your watch for free at your convenience with our free home collection service (subject to additional security checks). If You Prefer To Ship It we’ll even send you the packaging. You can then send us your watch via courier, When sending via the postal service, it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all goods have sufficient insurance to cover them in the event of any misfortunes. A trusted service we use is https://www.secursus.com After an inspection at our HQ, we will issue you a final offer. If you’re happy with this, we will transfer the money into your account by BACs the same day this the sale is agreed. If you are Part Exchanging  we will dispatch your new watch too.

We offer Digital & Physical Appointments To See The Watch You Wish To Purchase. For security reasons only one timepiece is available for show at this appointments. All physical appoints are subject to additional identification checks & 70% payment received prior to the date agreed. If The Watch Is Not For You Don’t Worry We Will Just Refund You Within 3-5 Business Days.

Marketing & Selling your watch with Trendy Tickers LTD couldn’t be easier. Once you have submitted an initial enquiry telling us the make and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate within 48 hours. We’ll then collect your watch for free at your convenience with our free home collection service (subject to additional security checks). If You Prefer To Ship It we’ll even send you the packaging. You can then send us your watch via courier, When sending via the postal service, it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all goods have sufficient insurance to cover them in the event of any misfortunes. A trusted service we use is https://www.secursus.com After an inspection at our HQ we store your item in a high security vault under the strict guidelines & entirely insured at full replacement, we will issue you with any offers received over the agreed time period (usually 4-8 weeks) . If you’re happy to complete the sale, we will transfer the money into your account by BACs the same day this the sale is agreed & funds have been received. Minus the sales cost of £700+VAT.
